Tuesday Lunch Break – Stealing the Bride

It is Tuesday once again and time for a Lunch Break Read! This week, Stealing the Bride, is the featured Excerpt–which also happens to feature one of my most favorite heroes–Temple. He stole my heart the moment he stepped on the page in One Night of Passion

, and he continued to pop into my books for years to come. IMG_0513

Fair warning: Temple is an irascible charmer who will steal your heart.

So enjoy your lunch, have a quick read and enjoy Stealing the Bride. And after you’ve read the excerpt, consider coming back and posting a comment below. Then you’ll be entered in this week’s drawing for a Lunch Bag prize pack.

Last week’s winner: Maryellen

This week’s question: What is your favorite thing to have for lunch? (Mine: A turkey/cran sandwich on wheat bread from Bakeman’s in downtown Seattle.)

It’s been a while since I’ve read this one… but I did, once upon a time. πŸ™‚ Anyway, pizza, most definitely! πŸ™‚

My favorite lunch would be a seafood salad from Walmart without the cabbage that I have to pick out.

Temple is one of my all time favorite heroes. Love him! I’m stuck in the world of grilled cheese sandwiches. I add a little meat such as thin sliced ham, turkey or roast beef between thin slices of provolone and swiss tucked between whole wheat bread and a couple of good dill pickles on the side.

I ADORE dill pickles. Good ones–you know homemade ones that snap when you bite them.

Temple’s book is a new one for me, thanks for the excerpt. My favorite thing for lunch is a hot dog with a side of sour cream and onion chips and a coke.

Loved this excerpt! Haven’t read this one yet. I love leftovers for lunch. I don’t have to think about it I just throw last night’s leftovers in a container and I’m all set!

ah, Temple, Diana is such a lucky lady πŸ™‚
I don’t really have a favorite thing for lunch, usually just eat left overs. A simple sandwich can actually make for a nice change though.

Another book to add to my TBR list! My favorite thing for lunch is Chinese Dim Sum (shrimp dumplings, pot-stickers and spring rolls are so yummy!)
